Piece of metal on the motor way

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4257163.

Looks like a small exhaust off a car, drove over it between wheels n it scrapped under of my car

  • There’s a front bumper on the fast lane. Lane 1 & 2 shut due to the car accident but they failed to move the bumper from the fast lane. Luckily saw it in time and swerved it as there were no cars on lane 3. Very dangerous! Hope no one gets injured because someone failed to pick all pieces up before reopening lane 4!
