Litter - depressing

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4253452.

I will try to report again the amount of litter on the roundabout and then all the way up North.... (road side left, right, central reservation). I went to Peterborough and the amount of litter everywhere....this is just unbelievable. Personally, I lost all hope that this sort issue will get fixed, unfortunately we're having the ugliest roads from the Western Europe. :((((((((((
