Tinsley Roundbout, Sheffield

Reported via mobile in the Traffic lights (NH) category anonymously at 09:08, Tue 21 February 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4250785.

The traffic lights on Tinsley Roundbout Sheffield prioritising traffic leaving Sheffield along Sheffield Road and if you are coming to the roundabout under the viaduct you can be sat at a red light for between 2 to 4 minutes. I have noticed that the lights on Sheffield Road coming from Sheffield can change up to 3 times while you’re sat at a red light under the viaduct, this is causing queues to build up under the viaduct and on Sheffield Road, coming from Rotherham this has been like it now for well above five weeks. I have noticed that people have reported the same problem before nothing seems to be happening to rectify the problem.
