Half of the streetlights on M42 J9 roundabout are not working

Reported via mobile in the Street lighting (NH) category anonymously at 12:00, Sun 19 February 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4245280.

Can someone urgently look at this please - half of the streetlights on the Junction 9 roundabout are not working.

ALL of the lights from the northbound M42 sliproad onto the roundabout all the way round to the A446 northbound (Belfry) exit are off and have not been working for sometime.

None of the blue ‘one way’ direction illuminated signs in the middle of the roundabout are working either.

It is very dark on the roundabout (the only illumination is from the traffic lights!!) coupled with poor road markings this is very dangerous.

Updates

  • Still not working and it's one of the busiest roundabout and most confusing
