Rubbish from industrial estates

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4244247.

This stretch is always gruesome, with a lot of rubbish from the Moto services and then a lot blows in from the industrial estates managed by Naylors Gavin Black along the A1 here. Their land is never cleared and unfortunately gets blown and chucked over the fence onto the hard shoulder. This is before the roadwords.
