Footpath dug up

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4242798.

Footpath dug up .Not accessible to cyclists or pedestrians .Forced to walk through a dangerous works building exit / entrance. And then into a live lane of oncoming traffic at 40 mph westbound for around 300 yards ,with no safety barrier or diversion in.place .Until you get to Brighton City Airport with you can join the pavement again .This is dangerous and potentially a fatality waiting to happen.Been like this for around 7 days .
