Carriageway surface damage

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4241767.

Both lanes have suffered damage. Problem evident over several months. (Leaving Nottingham just after the 'Silverdale' exit).

Thank you for your enquiry regarding carriageway surface. I have passed this onto the inspector to look into and if there are any problems he will arrange for them to be repaired.
