Traffic lights need a 'NO LEFT TURN' sign added

Reported via desktop in the Traffic lights (NH) category anonymously at 19:17, Thu 16 February 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4239313.

The filter lane at this junction should mean that traffic can exit safely to the A505 towards Letchworth when the traffic lights at the slip road exit (A505 to Baldock) are green. Many drivers are too impatient to wait in the filter lane and so go to the lights and take the first exit. This causes many accidents at an already awkward junction due to the angle of the filter lane exit. There need to be clear NO LEFT TURN signage and a camera.
