Large, persistent puddle on the A663 just past St Herbert’s RC Church. Cars drive through this throwing large amount of water onto the pavement. It is very difficult to walk down this footpath without getting drenched. In cold weather the footpath becomes one sheet of ice.

I have reported this issue several times. Work has been done but the issue remains.
