Safeguard repairs to new traffic light controls

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4238888.

The traffic light controls have now been repaired (again) after yet another collision. Suggest protect these new boxes with a crash barrier either directly in front of them (if sight lines permit) or on the triangular island opposite, to collect further out of control vehicles coming from the west before they destroy the controls
