M6 North approaching J21a

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4237164.

The matrix sign that is on the gantry 2 thirds of a mile before J21a on M6 North appears to be stuck, lane 4 constantly says 'End' , when lanes 1-3 aren't even in use. It has said this for quite a few weeks (even when the traffic is light and none of the other speed signs are on before or after this one).
