Damaged Road Surface on A27 Sliproad outside lane

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4236149.

It appears as though there has been a spillage on the outside lane approaching the roundabout, causing it to be slippery and potentially dangerous to traffic. The road surface itself looks to be damaged. Please can you arrange to inspect and repair the road to avoid a nasty accident. Many thanks.
