Litter

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4235040.

The litter either side of the slip road has been building up and when I drove past this week I felt it was necessary to report the amount of litter. I wonder whether signs about littering and fines would be a deterrent?

  • Litter around Junction and on the slip roads is disgraceful. Not being regularly attended to. There should also be a long term solution to stop this anti social behaviour.

  • The litter has been cleared thank you but the problem is ongoing unfortunately as people seem to think the slip road is a good time to get rid of any rubbish in the car. I would love to see a sign by the exit asking people to please take their rubbish home. You never know it may make some people think. Are there any trials anywhere to try to stop the littering as it is bad at many slip roads?
