Damage to road surface

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4233301.

There are several dangerous patches of bad road surface that effect the steering of vehicles when going over them. They are on the outside lane. And were missed when other sections were repaired. These are getting worse each week and could cause an accident. There are about 4 patches before junction 6

Updates

  • The potholes still haven't been sorted out. There is an extremely dangerous patch in the outside lane about a mile before junction 6 going Northbound. The patch is approximately 3 metres long where the top layer of surface has completely worn out. If it isn't fixed soon, I fear it will result in a serious accident. That is in addition to the numerous other pot holes along that section.

  • This whole section of motorway north and southbound is in appaling condition and has been for an extended period of time.
