Incomplete pedestrian work

Reported via desktop in the Structures (eg bridges, fencing, noise barriers) (NH) category anonymously at 18:24, Tue 14 February 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4232918.

Recently modifications have taken place on this roundabout. There is now a pedestrian area half way across Victoria Road East accessible from the north but not the south due to remaining barriers. Walking from the south it is necessary to progress eastwards along Victoria Rd to cross to the north. And vice versa
