Signs not reflective or photoluminscent

Reported via desktop in the Sign issue (NH) category anonymously at 14:38, Mon 13 February 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4228705.

You've recently completed the smart motorway works on the M4. As part of this process you set up on Philberds Lodge. Our street signs were damaged/lost, and you have replaced them.

However the national guidelines are they should at a minimum be reflective or photoluminscent. The signs you have installed are neither. They are not visible in the dark, and have led to some near misses when cars have put their brakes on suddenly.

Can these be replaced, to make it safer for all residents and visitors to Philberds Lodge.
