On the motorway footbridge over the M60 at the roundabout junction.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4227878.

Heavy leaf litter on bridge and steps over motorway. The leaves are extremely slippery and reports of people falling. Reported to Stockport Council but it is not our bridge. Please can this area be cleansed??

  • Thank you for contacting National Highways about the heavy leaf litter on the motorway footbridge over the M60 at junction 2. Although we are responsible for the structure of the footbridge the cleaning would be the responsibility of the local authority, in this case Stockport Council.
