All streetlights out, A3, Hindhead

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4226693.

All of the streetlights are out on the A3, just north of the Hindhead tunnel, from the mouth of the tunnel to the end of the lit section of carriageway, near the barriers. x20 streetlights in total.
