Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4223302.

Both sides of this dual carriageway are full to the brim with filthy rubbish in the verges. It must run into tonnes.

It looks a disgrace for one thing and for wildlife and the environment it is an unmitigated disaster.
