Adjacent to M61 broken fence

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4222641.

A fence has been removed on Brackley Street adjacent to embankment when some hedge cutting have been dumped. Kids now accessing M61 embankment to try and play under bridge.
