Path is unsafe for riding

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4221563.

The path that runs over the railway line is again covered in gravel/debris. This is a constant problem. It was reported recently and apparently cleared by your crew, but it is again covering the path and making it dangerous to ride down to the blind corner. W3W reference: maps.jolly.bossy

In addition, the mirror which is on the blind corner to help walkers/riders see around it is broken.
