Roundabout Does Not Work - Traffic Light Timings Need Changings

Despite traffic appearing to flow freely on the overhead M62, the Chainbar Roundabout can sometimes be backed up for over an hour. The lights change green and there is no where for traffic entering the roundabout to go. This either causes queues to back up on the oncoming roads, or even worse, causes drivers to barge their way onto the roundabout disregarding the correct lane they need to be on. The blocking of other traffic and the constant changing lanes around the roundabout just adds to the problem. It creates a "Doom Loop" of backed up vehicles with no where for people to go once they are on the roundabout. I thoroughly think if the timings were changed to allow enough time for people to exit the roundabout and leave space for those entering then the issues would resolve.
