M60 jct 19 anti-clockwise

Reported via mobile in the Traffic lights (NH) category anonymously at 07:11, Fri 10 February 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4219457.

The lights towards Heaton park are not in sync on a morning (after 7.20am). Traffic backs up around round about. To turn right towards Middleton across 4 lanes is like a game of frogger. Please can the lights be looked at as well as traffic lights put onto the roundabout to allow for safe entry?
