Multiple Potholes on slip road

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4214865.

Multiple potholes on slip road from A343 to A34. Multiple potholes (5-6cm deep) stretch across the width of the slip road. The slip road is already stupidly short to enter a 70mph highway ... with the potholes the driver needs to short stop of the potholes and join the A34 at zero mph. Accident waiting to happen.
