  • Thank you for your email of 7 February 2023 to our Customer Contact Centre about a pothole on the A120 at Bradwell. I appreciate you taking the time to report this. I’ve passed your observations to our maintenance team for further investigation.

    Potholes can be hazardous and we have processes in place to ensure they are made safe quickly. We also carry out frequent safety inspections where potholes and other defects are recorded. We then carry out repairs prioritising the most serious.
