Poor road surface on A34 slip road

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4212745.

The road surface at the top of the northbound slip road from A343 to A34 has been in poor condition for some weeks. Highways Agency says it’s Hants CC’s responsibility, when I tried to report it to HCC, I was told it wasn’t theirs. Please could whoever is responsible actually sort it out.
