Appalling litter situation

Hello,

The litter west and eastbound on the A27 is disgusting. This is a coastal road and the roadsides are full of litter and debris which has flown off the back of trucks. Inevitably much of this will find it's way into the sea as the A27 on this part runs right alongside Langstone Harbour.

This is a massive eyesore and the rubbish should be cleaned up.
