Southbound slip road path

Reported via iOS in the Pavement/footpath issue (NH) category by Hawkes kevin at 10:06, Tue 7 February 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4210577.

There has been an increase in lorries half parking on the slip road for breaks or using the wood as a toilet. This has resulted in an accident between two lorries. The path is very unkempt and often left with dangerous ruts. This has been mentioned at the Council meetings especially the speed.

Maybe double yellow lines up the slip road would stop this

Updates

  • The debris from the G Webb wagon has been strewn all across the path. Highways I hope are going to get the two truck companies to clean up.

  • This PATH. Is continually used as a parking spot for wagons having their break. It churns up the path surface and is dangerous to pedestrians.

RCC totally ignores most requests on fix my street. It seems like the more dangerous the more it’s ignored
