Pothole in car alignment when exiting 1st slip road

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4209987.

Hole sufficient to take car off line at speed which is dangerous and requires immediate rectification. Pothole is on 1st Lancaster slip road when heading North, junction 34.
