  • Thank you for informing our Customer Contact Centre about potholes on the A14at Bottisham. I appreciate you taking the time to report this. I’ve passed your observations to our maintenance team for further prompt investigation. Potholes can be hazardous and we have processes in place to ensure they are made safe quickly. We also carry out frequent safety inspections where potholes and other defects are recorded. We then carry out repairs prioritising the most serious. Kind regards National Highways
