  • Good Morning

Thank you for contacting us through the Fix My Street website on 1 February regarding your concerns about the collapse and safety of the wall adjoining the Arnfield reservoir on the A628. We appreciate the time you’ve taken to advise us of your concerns.

We’ve looked at our records which show that the structure is private property owned by United Utilities. As such, it’s their responsibility to carry out any repair work to it. We’ve passed your comments to them via their web chat and asked that they attend to the matter as soon as possible.

Thank you again for contacting us. If there’s anything we can help you with, please email of telephone our Contact Centre. They’re available 24 hours a day by phone: 0300 123 5000 or by email info@nationahighways.co.uk Alternatively, please visit the National Highways website at nationalhighways.co.uk Kind Regards National Highways
