Traffic lights aren't working correctly

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4192298.

The traffic lights turning into netherne lane on A23 don't change unless the vehicle has pulled over the white line, it seems the sensor has dropped out of place so it doesn't register vehicles waiting at the traffic lights. When the lights go change, they don't stay on green long enough.
