Northbound Traffic tailing back to Junction 79

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4189894.

Congestion at J80 is tailing back to the J79 when approaching northbound. From what i can see , when our traffic lights go green for hte northbound traffic there is no where for us to go to as the south bound exit traffic is filling up the 25m before the roundabout lights. This only seems to be recent - this was not like this before Christmas 2022.

    We've reported this to our maintenance team, who've attended the location and made adjustments to 2 signal lanterns on 3 February 2023. We'll be revisiting the location soon to check that this has rectified the issue.
