Fencing has fallen next to M3 on a public footpath

There is an area of wooden fencing that has fallen right next to the M3. Access to the M3 possible by children or loose dogs or wildlife (deer) Appears fencing has been down a while. This is within the Windlesham Arboretum GU20 near the footbridge over the M3 that leads to Rectory Lane Windlesham. Windlesham Arboretum management are aware. Photos sent to them this am.

    On 2 February, we arranged for an emergency 24-hour temporary repair to make the area safe, with a view to completing a permanent repair within the next 28 days.
