What's the Speed Limit?

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4185373.

Please clarify the speed limit between the new roundabout and the end of the M181? The paint that was on the mandatory 50mph signed has now worn off but next to it is a 50mph advisory sign. So which one is correct? Could the 50mp mandatory signed be taken down or bagged over if not required?
