Red lamp fault

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4183594.

The red lamp fault that has been reporting to UTC since September 2022 has recurred AGAIN. Please re-attend and relearn the lamps, and review the controller/ O.T.U config to determine why it is continuously reporting a red lamp fault to the UTC system. Thanks.
