No Road Closure signs for J8

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4183335.

No Junction Closure Sign before junction 8, travelling towards Liverpool causing traffic to travel to Jct 7. Why is there no warning that Jct 8 is closed way before the junction?
