Every other light out on sliproad - A38, Findern

Reported via desktop in the Street lighting (NH) category anonymously at 14:02, Sat 28 January 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4179665.

Every second light on the northbound exit sliproad is not working. This appears to be the result of a fault on the cable feeding this circuit, as there is a tripped MCB in pillar AP6 on the roundabout, which will not reset.

Updates

  • We are aware of these lights out from a recent night scout. Single lamps out within a stretch of columns is recognised as a defect but is classed as a low priority fault for response. These will be attended to within routine maintenance once our contractors are in the area.

  • The fault appears to have been fixed, but all lights are now operating in daylight. I shall raise a fresh report for this.

    State changed to: Fixed
