Poor visibility on southbound entry

Reported via mobile in the Road markings (NH) category anonymously at 20:17, Fri 27 January 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4178097.

With all the street lighting now turned off, the visibility of road markings, particularly at night, makes this slip road really dangerous. With two lanes merging into one new lane both the left and right lane markings and the arrows are almost completely obliterated, and cats eyes are virtually non-existent on most of the unlit M66. The entry at j3 is also had, worn away by HGVs trying to join.
