• Dear Administrator, I suspect the Residential Property on the corner of School Lane & Bell Lane is being used as an unauthorised Vehicle Scrap Yard, an aerial view on Google Maps confirms this, I suspect the Owner-Occupier has not applied for a Planning department Change of use permission, I'm also aware that the local neighbouring residents are furious that such a lovely area has been blighted by this awful eyesore, a number of scap vehicles from this Scrap Yard have spilled out onto the highway causing a significant safety issue for pedestrians, cyclists and passing vehicles forced to inch their way past the Five abandoned illegally parked vehicles causing an obstruction on the highway, I've reported this to St Helens Police, ref 0300-130223 and St Helens Council Abandoned Vehicle Development today, will you please look into this matter for the neighboring residents and report back to me at the Email address, or call me.
