Road Surface On Short Entry Slip Road

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4174235.

The surface of this entry slip road is in AWFUL condition. Fatality near here at the weekend. Its not just a pothole but like the road has been bombed... I lost control accelerating hard today with a pupil who went for a legitimate gap but wheel spun as the surface is effectively gravel
