M62 jct 21 -20 rochdale. Numerous dark areas.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4167529.

Both sides to east and west of the M62 jct 21-20 are dark and dangerous. The motorway lighting is intermittent and there are numerous dark areas. Added to this is the cats' eyes are non-existant ialso in numerous places making this part of the motorway dark and dangerous. This situation has been present for a long time.
