Depressing amount of litter, dead animals and worse!!

I’m here to complain about the amount of rubbish, litter, rodents, dead animals etc that are all along this junction slip road, around both roundabouts leading all the way to Cuxton/Rochester, it makes it look like an awful place to live and really is a depressing sight to many people who have to look at it all to go home everyday! But looking at the amount of people who have reported this before now (over a year) and nothing has been done about it, this probably was a waste of time to report.
