Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4157054.
A Condition imposed when Planning Permission was granted, required the construction of a 2m high fence to secure the site / M6 boundary. The fence has not been constructed. Works at the Lanley Homes Development have finished.

Upon further investigation, this issue needs to be reported to South Ribble Borough Council as they are responsible for the installation of this fencing.
