Traffic lights out of sync

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4152302.

Traffic lights on the roundabout completely out of sync. Traffic just sat and blocking the roundabout - can't get on to the roundabout because of cars sat at traffic lights and now causing huge tailbacks to all roads onto roundabout. Serious accident waiting to happen as completely grid locked
