Total road surface failure along this junction!

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4147881.

Like other have reported...the road surface at both sections of this junction are in a terrible state and need resolving immediately before a serious incident. Its been like this for many months but nothing is being done about it.
