Debris screen protecting culvert beneath the motorway is blocked

Where Bow Brook flows into culvert beneath Jct28 on the M6 in Clayton-le-Woods there is a debris screen (Grid Ref: SD [phone removed]). This debris screen appears to be fully blocked and is causing water to back up and spill out of channel. The debris screen requires clearing to allow normal flow to resume. It looks like the blockage has been present for at least the last 2 weeks.
