Road signage and road markings mis-match Southbound M20 J10 and on Lacton Interchange

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4144908.
Road markings and signage leaving the M20 southbound at J10 and on the Lacton Interchange are very mis-matched.
Leaving the M20, whilst the road sign is clear as to where each of the 3 sliproad lanes should take you, the road markings on the interchange are indistinct as to which of the 4 lanes you then feed in to, with some lines apparently in the middle of lanes.
Currently there are 4 lanes between the 1st exit (A2070 for A28) and 2nd exit (A20), which are signed "A20" for the far left lane, "Dover (M20) A2070" for the centre 2 lanes, and "London (M20) A292" for the right hand lane.
This is incorrect as the road markings indicate both of the left hand lanes drift off to the A20, the centre-right lane drifts into what becomes the left of 3 lanes going round to the 3rd exit (for the A2070), and the right lane diverges into the centre lane (A2070 & A292) and right lane (A292 & London M20) of the 3.
I have witnessed multiple occassions where these discrepancies have caused driver confusion and near-collision events. Rectification of these issues would greatly reduce the likelihood of an accident.
