Standing water turning to ice

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4143942.

There is a large amount of standing water at the entrance to the M25/A12 roundabout from Brook St, causing a large sheet of black ice to form across most of the intersection to the roundabout. This has made the entrance to the intersection extremely dangerous for motorcycles especially due to the need to accelerate off the icy area into the junction.
