M66 junction 3, underpass - DANGEROUS - no road markings

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4121750.

Is this underpass 3 lanes or 4 lanes... who has right of way? How do I avoid crashing into people? This has been like this for over 6 months, despite numerous reports by folk. There's basically no road markings - the locals seem to know where to drive, but anyone visiting is taking a big risk.
